Health Care Assistant
It is smart assistant which helps you find the nearby hospital which is included in your insurance on the go. It helps you to generate request if you have lost your insurance card.
It asks you why are feeling ill and gives you options to book an appointment to your nearby hospital of your choice. It will also the reminder for the booked appointment.
What did we use? We used Amazon Echo Dot, Lambda function and Alexa skill kit to develop this assistant using Google Map API. We have used Alexa’s Device Address API. Mongo Db for database interaction to data.
Why we need this? It is a hassle-free task to book an appointment in your nearby hospital of your choice and reminding you about it. It will request a new insurance card just by talking to it.
How to use it? We just have to say “open/launch demo”. Alex will ask you in conversation about your issue and it will help you with an appointment with your choice of hospital. You can also ask for a reminder of it.
If you have lost your insurance card, just ask it to generate a new insurance card. It will request a new insurance card. Just that.
Upcoming upgrades: • It can track insurance card request on daily basis and keep you updated on the delivery details. • It can also suggest you available time slots for an appointment in a particular hospital. • It can set a reminder on your google calendar, so you can see the reminder details on your device. • You can pull out your family’s immunization details. • It can send notification/email to your family member if your voice tone is too much stressfull.
