Alexa-Calculus-Tutor

Alexa-Calculus-Tutor will solve complex calculus problems including differentiation, integration, limits, and optimization. These range from solving integrals to series by using the Wolfram Alpha API with Alexa's Skill Kit. Alexa's Skill Kit is used to parse user input to a readable form for Wolfram Alpha which returns an answer for Alexa to use to respond. Once the user is done an email is sent to them using the Sendgrid API which contains the questions they asked Alexa about. Our goal is for the user to practice the problems they asked about so they may learn how to do them.

I worked on the voice recognition for Alexa in the Alexa Skill Kit, and I helped make the index.js and polynomials.js files for the Lambda function which executes all the commands given to Wolfram Alpha.
