Unlike platforms like ZocDoc, MyChart, and online guides that expect users to know exactly what to search, Alera proactively surfaces the right screenings. It builds a personalized screening timeline, delivers timely reminders, plain-language explanations, and connects users to appointment tools. From “you’re due for a mammogram” to “here’s what to expect” and “book near you,” Alera guides users every step of the way. By combining education with access, Alera turns preventive care from a confusing, delayed task into a proactive habit, ensuring it’s no longer a privilege, but a right for all patients.
