ALC Therapeutics is a topical pharmaceutical company with a focus on dermatology that has developed novel therapies for a variety of indications. Supported by extensive pilot data, our initial target indications are chemotherapy-associated paronychia, verruca vulgaris and molluscum contagiosum. We plan to further expand our platform technology into a range of topical therapeutics that target common indications with no FDA-approved competitors.
We have an open IND for our initial indication, chemotherapy-associated paronychia, to begin at Phase II/III with endpoints and trial design already accepted by the FDA. Key Opinion Leaders are on board at many of the most important cancer centers (Memorial-Sloan Kettering, Stanford, MD Anderson, Yale, Washington University, Fox Chase), with MSKCC serving as lead investigative site. Concurrently, we are beginning enrollment for a Proof of Concept (POC) trial for verruca vulgaris and are poised to begin a POC trial for molluscum contagiosum.
