Akulearn is building an education + connectivity ecosystem designed for connected and underserved communities across Africa. The platform combines localized edge infrastructure, AI-enabled learning services, and practical connectivity models to reduce costs while improving access. This hackathon enable us to build a pipeline using #Backblaze b2 to mirror our content makes our project even cheaper to make, combining with genblaze phyton SDK which also made content generation easier and better for AkuPlatform.
The aku-textbooks, aku-images, aku-audio, and aku-video B2 buckets replace the git lfs approach described in the repo's CONTRIBUTING.md, eliminating the 1 GB bandwidth bottleneck entirely.
I am very sure #backblaze was built with the intentions to make projects like Aku accessible to every child. Thank you very much. Please reach us if you want to know more about Aku, and how it aligns with what Backblaze team are doing.
