Inspiration

AkmasVision started from a problem I kept running into throughout my career. Every organization wanted to automate processes and improve the way people worked, but every project involved connecting multiple systems that were never designed to work together. The technology already existed, but building reliable workflows across different platforms was always time-consuming and difficult.

I wanted to create something that made that process simpler. Instead of asking organizations to combine several products, I wanted one platform where they could design, connect, and manage their workflows from a single place.

What it does

AkmasVision is a visual platform that helps organizations build and run business workflows.

Users can connect APIs, knowledge bases, databases, documents, websites, and business systems into visual workflows that automate everyday operations. The platform also supports document processing, multilingual conversations, enterprise integrations, and configurable workflow execution, allowing organizations to build solutions without starting from scratch every time.

How we built it

We built AkmasVision step by step, focusing on solving real business problems rather than adding features for the sake of it.

The platform combines a visual workflow designer with enterprise integrations, document processing, knowledge retrieval, and configurable execution. We designed it to work with existing systems instead of replacing them, making it easier for organizations to adopt without changing how they already operate.

Every new feature came from feedback, testing, and asking one simple question: does this make someone's work easier?

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was balancing flexibility with simplicity.

Enterprise environments are complex. Every customer has different systems, different processes, and different security requirements. Building a platform that could adapt to those differences without becoming difficult to use required many iterations.

Another challenge was making sure the platform remained reliable while supporting different integrations, workflow types, and deployment options.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The biggest achievement isn't a feature—it's that the platform is real and people are already using it.

We're proud that organizations can design workflows visually, connect their existing systems, and automate processes without relying on multiple disconnected tools.

We're also proud of building a product that reflects our original vision instead of following trends. Every capability in the platform exists because it solves a practical problem we've encountered ourselves.

What we learned

One lesson stands out above everything else: technology alone doesn't solve business problems.

The most valuable solutions are the ones that reduce complexity rather than introduce more of it.

We've also learned that listening to users is far more valuable than making assumptions. Some of the platform's best ideas came directly from conversations with people using it in real scenarios.

What's next for akmasVision

Our focus is on making the platform even more useful for organizations of different sizes.

We're expanding enterprise integrations, improving collaboration features, adding more workflow templates, and making deployment easier across different environments.

Long term, we want AkmasVision to become the platform organizations rely on whenever they need to connect systems, automate business processes, and build reliable workflows—without unnecessary complexity.

Our goal isn't to replace the software companies already use. It's to help those systems work better together.
