Inspiration
Precision disaster medicine: There is an unprecedented need for all individuals to have access to personalised risk assessment for contracting COVID-19 and insights into the clinical impact IF one did become infected with COVID-19 in a time critical manner.
Democracy of Data: The need for mass populations of millions of worried citizens to access this information in both a timely, easy, free and reproducible manner. This entails knowledge of an individuals location AND the risk of each individual around them in the human ‘herd’.
Dynamic, Live & Iterative: Knowledge of risk is only at a point prevalence level, evolving over time dependent on concentration of infectious hosts at any one place and time, therefore this risk stratification must be dynamic, updated live and repeatable in an incentivised manner.
Surge Planning: Deep insights and machine learning techniques can be deployed to recognise patterns, outcomes and surge modelling to allow for the timely deployment / allocation of healthcare resources be they Staff, Structures (tent hospitals) or Stuff (drugs and ventilators) from centralised depots.
What it does
Akkure4Covid have built a “Medbot’ for free, reproducible, fast (90 second consult) and scaleable deployment globally. • Each citizen has an opportunity for selfish altruism to reward their behaviour, by contributing their data they beneficially impact themselves and others. ? add social gamification techniques • The Medbot is a simple UX with the intention to deploy to billions of people in International locations and languages using mass distribution and communication channels in the form of FB Messenger, WhatsAPP, WeCHAT, Alexa etc etc. • Actionable insights and advice can be geo-specific and adopted for jurisdiction and culture. • Integration into these communication platforms/ channels is now required at scale and speed. • We use a single global unique identifier that is available even to those in poverty, which is the mobile phone number. This will allow for prompting/messaging to repeat stratification and update status, allowing for sequential monitoring and invitation to the COVID Virtual Clinic. This further allows for tracking and tracing of COVID status of entire international populations, be that one of immunity (recovery ) / At Risk / Infected / Contagious etc etc. • Using data science to predict modelling and the realtime emergence of herd immunity offers a tremendously impactful yet simple way of not only controlling the pandemic but detecting RE- EMERGENCE.

- Patients - easy, 24/7 access to repeated, sequential and dynamic self-assessment of risk and clear personalised actions, including the need for a COVID test.
- Doctors - ease the tremendous screening burden on doctors to allow them pursue care of existing patients and usual workload
- Hospitals - powerful insights into COVID hotspots or Safe Zones to allow for prediction surge planning, resource allocation & identification, engagement plus follow up of vulnerable patient groups.
