AK Tuition - Learning Hub

Inspiration## Inspiration

In mitral,vaso, local tuition teachers manage everything on WhatsApp. Students lose notes, miss live class links. I wanted to make one simple app where everything - subjects, notes, videos, live classes - is organized in one place.

What it does

AK Tuition - Complete Learning Hub is a no-code tuition management app:

• 4 Subjects organized (tuition_subjects)
• 11+ Study Notes with search (tuition_notes)
• 4 Video Lessons (tuition_video_lessons)
• Live Classes Scheduling with 2 active batches (tuition_live_classes)
• Mobile-friendly student dashboard

How we built it

Built using Glide Apps + Glide Tables (No-Code platform).

• Tables: tuition_subjects, tuition_notes, tuition_video_lessons, tuition_live_classes
• Built in 2 days without writing code
• Designed for local students in Vadodara, Gujarat

Challenges we ran into

Glide free tier credit limit: App went private and shows "Out of credits" or "Private app asking for PIN". Solved by exporting data, taking screenshots, and planning to migrate to public hosting.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

A working app actually used by real tuition students. Complete data structure with 4 tables and real content.
