What problem made you angry/sad/excited? Seeing smallholder farmers in my community lose 40% of their harvest to pests they couldn't identify inspired us to build

Our web app lets farmers snap a photo of a diseased leaf and returns a diagnosis + organic treatment recommendations within 5 seconds
How we built it

Challenges we ran into
- Getting the ML model to run on a phone browser without crashing
- CORS errors when calling the external API
- Team member dropped out at 2 AM, had to rewrite the backend solo
