AIStilo is an AI stylist that recommends outfits and virtually changes your clothes in photos. It uses your existing wardrobe or curated brand selections to show you how you'd look for various occasions, from dinner parties to brunches.

How we built it

Language segmentation: LANGSAM with META's SAM2 Image analysis: GPT-4 with Lamaindex for classification and description Image generation: Flux 1.1 pro for creating new images based on masks, styles, and GPT-4 descriptions Backend: FastAPI Frontend: Initially Next.js (React + Tailwind CSS), later switched to Streamlit for MVP deployment

Challenges we ran into

API integration issues in the frontend Time constraints led to switching from Next.js to Streamlit Ongoing image transformation issues, possibly related to Flux or OpenAI's image part classification

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of experimenting with various models, building a frontend, and developing a solid business concept in just 24 hours. Overcoming obstacles to produce a working prototype in such a short time is a significant achievement.

What we learned

We discovered our capability to ideate and prototype an entire business within 24 hours, which has been both empowering and enlightening.

What's next for AIstilo

Refine the base stable diffusion model Enhance UI for improved user experience Implement live video features for real-time clothing changes Integrate social media to analyze user preferences and automatically expand the user wardrobe Develop AI brand ambassador stylists (partnering with brands such as Gucci, H&M, etc.)
