Inspiration

Traveling as a student is stressful, with managing traffic, TSA lines, parking, gate changes, and multi-leg itineraries often leads to missed flights or anxiety. I wanted to create a solution specifically designed to help students navigate airport travel with confidence, reducing stress and saving time.

What it does

AirTime is a smart airport travel planning app for students. It calculates the optimal time to leave home and arrive at the airport, provides detailed step-by-step breakdowns: travel, parking, security, check-in, and boarding, and offers AI-powered tips to optimize travel and reduce wait times. It also integrates real-time traffic, TSA, PreCheck, and CLEAR lane wait times, supports multi-city trips with saved itineraries, provides rideshare options, document storage, gate alerts, flight updates, and customizable notifications.

How we built it

Frontend: Built using Lovable.dev for a responsive, student-friendly UI AI Integration: Provides personalized recommendations for travel optimization Calendar Integration: Users can add trips directly to Google Calendar Data Management: Stores past trips, travel documents, and preferences securely
