Inspiration

Air pollution affects many people & the AQI numbers are unknown to most of them. Aspired to make a simple, user-friendly web app to help people.

What it does

• Real Time AQI for the region.
• Provides health advisories .
• Uses color - coded category.

How we built it

• React + Tailwind CSS for frontend.
• Node.js for backend.
• OpenWeatherMap API for fetching data.

Challenges we ran into

• Finding a reliable AQI API.
• Converting AQI numbers into suggestions.
