Inspiration

One AI brain, every surface you work on." Users never have to copy-paste context between tools again. WorkSense reads what you're doing, where you are, and acts intelligently.

What it does

  1. Browser Extension — "Page Whisperer" Sits on any webpage and lets users ask questions about the content, summarize docs, draft emails from context, or trigger workflows (e.g., "Create a Slack summary of this article and send to #team").
  2. Outlook / Email — "Inbox Orchestrator" Triages incoming emails, drafts smart replies, extracts action items, and routes tasks to Slack/Teams automatically. Surfaces priority emails based on role context.
  3. Slack / Teams — "Meeting & Task Autopilot" Listens to threads, summarizes long discussions, creates tasks, schedules follow-ups, and answers questions using your company's knowledge base via Airia.
  4. WhatsApp — "Field Agent" For employees who aren't desk-bound — send a voice note or message and get summaries, approvals, or status updates without opening a laptop.

How we built it

Backend: Python + FastAPI Browser Extension: React + Chrome Extension Manifest V3 Outlook Add-in: Office.js + React Slack Bot: Slack Bolt (Python) Teams Bot: Bot Framework SDK (Python) WhatsApp: Meta Cloud API + webhook Memory/Context: Redis for session state, Postgres for user profiles Deployment: Docker + Render

Challenges we ran into

Context-switching kills productivity. AI tools are siloed.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

One FastAPI backend. Airia at the core. Redis for memory. Five surfaces, zero re-work. https://github.com/abhiiiesh/worksense-ai.git

What we learned

Creating a nexus of productivity tools at once and enhancing by unleashing the potential through ai agents
