WHAT DO WE ACHIEVE?

HOW DO WE ACHIEVE IT?

In order to reduce the impact of COVID-19 and get improve in society habits and health, this project was born. We need an app/website with database of private spaces as terrace in building or non-built space in towns and cities that can be used by renting to create organic gardens. There, people can contact to each other to see if they can find an agreement or it can be also private and association/local governments to have more place to cultivate. When we have this database, there is second phase of this project which consists in logistics. Some spaces must be adapted to have everything which is necessary. From the app owner or renters can buy what they need to have what they need. There will be an wiki with information to know how to cultivate.

WHERE DO WE ACHIEVE IT?

Everywhere. That is the good thing. Whole Europe can be . It depends on citizens.

WHEN DO WE ACHIEVE IT?

As soon as we have the prototype it can be working

WHY DO WE WANT TO ACHIEVE?

Because we want to stop this soon by reducing the contact while the virus is with us. Because we want to be prepared for cases of poverty and hunger (hopefully not) in European countries if many persons lose their jobs, having places where they can plant. Because we want people to feel productive while they are unemployed. Because economy can be also activated by this, renting those spaces. Because cities and towns will be green and less polluted. Because there are thousand reason.

WHAT HAVE WE ACHIEVED DURING THE WEEKEND?

This is our website we have created: https://blog.mygardenisyours.com/ We have join the idea to a previous project which was a wiki of organic farming We created a survey to get the contact with owners and renters and we can connect them later. We have some answer of this survey

WHAT DO WE NEED TO CONTINUE THE PROJECT

We need to develop a better website to easier get the information and connect people faster and non-manually. It would great develop mobile apps using the same database.

AFTER

THIS SOLUTION gets even more importance after the crisis, to prevent new infections and hunger difficulties.
