Inspiration

Traditional mock interviews often tell candidates only whether an answer was correct, but not how they communicated or where they can improve. AIRC Nexus aims to make interview practice more intelligent, interactive, and personalized.

What it does

AIRC Nexus is an AI-powered interview intelligence platform that evaluates interview responses, communication, voice patterns, and visual engagement to provide actionable feedback and personalized career insights.

How we built it

The project combines a modern web interface with a Java-based backend and AI/LLM components. Different AI capabilities are used where they provide meaningful value, including interview generation, response analysis, and personalized feedback.

What's next

We plan to extend AIRC Nexus with adaptive interviews, deeper performance analytics, and more intelligent career guidance.
