Inspiration

Our ideas came from how we could help prevent the "Economic Syndrome." Currently in Japan, the victims of Kumamoto's Earthquake started to have this syndrome and a few passed away.

What it does

Our goal is to exercise the lower part of the body while sitting in the 'economy' class.

How I built it

Assuming that we could use the airplane's screen/monitor, we made a board (inside is a sensor) and made it like a game. First, we measured the economy's class measurements so that the board could be placed on the floor. Then we created a panel using Illustrator CC. Finally, we recorded voices and built a program with Mesh.

Challenges I ran into

Trying to find a service that was 'original' and 'innovative.'

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Although I don't know about programming/ engineering, I overcame the walls and built a project with my team using the skills I have.

What I learned

I learned about teamwork. Although we divided our parts/ roles, we still helped each other out by giving advice and comments.

What's next for Air Step Up

To make it more entertaining, we need to collaborate with Since our inspiration originated from the victims after the earthquake we want to build it in cars to prevent any further deaths.
