Inspiration
I got this inspiration from growing online class and smart classes where, smart board(canvas) are used to deliver the content in a interactive and efficient way
What it does
Air canvas with Machine Learning is a sequel to the "Air-Canvas" project by me and is a resume-breaking and best project for Computer Vision enthusiasts with code and explanation. In Air Canvas with ML, you can draw on the screen by only waiving your finger around in the air. It's a hand landmark detection task clubbed with some python code to make this project.
How we built it
We built it using python library opencv ,OpenCV-Python is a library of Python bindings designed to solve computer vision problems. Then Numpy and Mediapipe .
Challenges we ran into
As dealing with a whole new library and Techstack and and technology, initially it was overwhelming .
What we learned
We learnt how to use new liberary and techstacks ML , OpenCV, Numpy and Mediapipe .
What's next for Air Canvas
It,s just a prototype model which can be used to make the the existing smart classes more seamless and interactive and open a new way of teaching .
