Inspiration

The main idea to find rare diseases and reduce children mortality. Sharing data in the healthdomain is a huge problem and helping to cross that obstacle is a big motivator.

What it does

1. Detect whether a subject has a disease or not
2. Predict the first letter of ICD code ## How we built it With an API to Neo4j and typical machine learning libraries. We tried to create embedding from the graphs and use them as an input for our algorithms. ## Challenges we ran into The Featurecloud app ## Accomplishments that we're proud of
