Inspiration

My name is Adebayo Mayowa Michael I came across a link telling me about NaijaHacks on a dev whatsapp group so i informed my guys about it of . A team mate who goes by the name Osho Risqat said what if we can create a portal whereby anyone who in search of a job can come online to apply .

How we built it

We made use of technology like HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and JQUERY to implement our user interface which was pre sketched during our planning phase of which we give our media query a high priority to handle the unlimited demand of users using different devices with uncertain screen resolution and provide a 99.9% user experience if not 100% on our platform, The software architecture in used happens to be Model View Controller (MVC) to improve modularity has we're working in modules in other to improve maintainability and code reusability. Our backend was developed using object oriented php which happens to be the general language understandable by my Team Member and I has we both have different languages in our STACK

How it works

Aikicity is very easy to use as it doesn't require any degree of specilaity before you navigate and make use of our platform; start by opening theaikicity.xyz on your browser and you'll be given a tour across different employer looking for talents to work for them all you need to do is to register in other to have full access to the unending demand of employers across the globe. Same method of approach with little twist if you're an employer looking for the right employee AIKICITY provide just that.

Register -> Apply -> We follow Up -> Get Hired -> Make Money

Employment is easier with AIKICITY

Challenges We ran into

The first challenge we ran into was the time frame, we are lucky enough to complete our registration before it closes but the time frame took it cause on us which made us work overtime. Unable to host on the domain provided

Accomplishments that we are proud of

  1. We were able to come up with a dope project within a week
  2. We were able to use new technology. 3.Passing knowledge to numerous individual via our work. 4.Thinking out of the other sections most people tend to think of.

What we learned

1.We learnt how to work with and against time 2.How to divide the task and multiply the success
