We wanted to solve three real-world problems we kept seeing around us: “My resume is not getting shortlisted.” “I don’t know what to study next.” “I feel overwhelmed and stressed while preparing.” Watching our friends struggle, we envisioned a single AI ecosystem that acts like a smart mentor — always available, calm, supportive, and deeply personalized. This idea became Alginiters AI / ALGNITERS — a next-generation, India-specific career and learning assistant.
