AIDEX is a modern AI-powered emergency and telemedicine application designed to provide instant help during critical situations and everyday health issues. The platform unifies SOS rescue, real-time first aid, and online doctor consultation into one seamless system.
The app allows users to trigger different types of SOS alerts such as Accident, Fire, Crime/Police, and Medical Emergency. The moment SOS is activated, AIDEX automatically sends the user’s live location to the nearest hospital, ambulance, fire station, or police station, depending on the case. It also turns on the camera, microphone, and sensors to analyze the situation using AI.
AIDEX’s built-in AI Emergency Assistant provides step-by-step voice guidance and 3D animated first-aid instructions, such as CPR, bleeding control, fracture stabilization, and burn care, ensuring quick response until help arrives.
For normal health issues like fever, cold, headache, or minor injuries, AIDEX includes an AI Symptom Checker, where users describe symptoms through voice or text. The AI gives an initial assessment, suggests basic OTC medicines, and recommends whether a doctor is needed. Users can instantly connect with licensed doctors through video, audio, or chat consultations, who can issue e-prescriptions and guide treatment.
AIDEX also supports uploading photos or videos of the injury/condition so doctors and responders can understand the situation better. The platform ensures secure data handling, complies with telemedicine guidelines, and provides fast, accurate, and life-saving assistance.
