AICare began with something deeply personal.

When my mom needed medical procedures in Vietnam, our family struggled for years with unclear pricing, slow communication from hospitals, misinformation, and the constant fear of making the wrong medical decision. As immigrants trying to build a stable life, navigating healthcare felt overwhelming, confusing, and unsafe. Watching my mom go through that — not knowing who to trust, not knowing which hospital was credible, not understanding the true cost — is what inspired me to build AICare.

AICare exists because no family should have to go through what mine did.

Millions of patients around the world travel abroad for surgeries or specialized treatments every year, but they still face the same problems: ❌ no transparent pricing, ❌ no verified hospital information, ❌ no help coordinating appointments, travel, or aftercare, ❌ and no trusted guide to take care of everything end-to-end.
