Inspiration
We often experience spending a great deal of time while spending for a vacation. To ease out that problem, we were inspired to leveraged AI for this project that looks after these needs of a user in better and more effective way
What it does
It takes user inputs such as destination, no. of days planned for the trip, no. of people travelling, desired budget and generates a trip based on that information. It suggests places to travel, hotel accommodations, dining options based on real time data
How We built it
(Team members:Saumya Mathur, Tamish Bajaj(@tamishbajaj1@gmail.com) ) React for frontend to create user friendly interface, HTML and JS for core functionalities and structuring the web pages
Challenges We ran into
Data accuracy and reliability, real time data integration, communication issues due to online platform, balancing user-friendliness and complexity

What I learned
I learned how to effectively collaborate for a hackathon, with this being my first. I got information as to how to contribute to an already build project and make it even better.
What's next for AI_travel_planner
We plan to enhance this project for more user interaction and more appropriate and personalized results with ML model training in future. We also look forward to work on any recommendations or feedbacks provided by users.
