What it does

AI_Interview_Assistant, also known as InterviewMate, revolutionizes the interview experience. It offers users the ability to select job roles, specify experience levels, and indicate interview types. Based on these inputs, it generates tailored interview questions. During the interview, it records audio and video, transcribes speech to text, and facilitates real-time analysis.

How we built it

We built AI_Interview_Assistant using Python Django framework for the backend, integrating advanced AI models for question generation and analysis. Google Gemini AI was specifically leveraged for its capabilities in generating dynamic and relevant interview questions.

Challenges we ran into

Developing InterviewMate presented several challenges, including integrating multiple technologies cohesively, optimizing real-time speech-to-text transcription, and ensuring robustness in handling diverse interview scenarios. Additionally, designing an intuitive user interface while maintaining functionality posed its own set of challenges.
