Inspiration

We have always struggled with the hassle of phone calls not being answered even if the issue is minor. People who are busy taking care of the important tasks have to make their way around to answer monotonous user querry.

What it does

This provide an AI agent which has different department for each customer query, It will transfer you to the specific department according to your query. For e.g. booking, taking take-away orders, filing complaints, changing the existing reservation.

How we built it

we used an automation tool N8N to perform real time automation for the agent depending on the query

Very complicated to implement, making different API calls
