Inspiration

Finding a job in Georgia is often manual and time-consuming. Candidates repeat the same steps on multiple platforms and still miss relevant opportunities. We wanted to simplify this process using AI.

What it does

The app asks users a few questions about their skills, experience, and job preferences, or allows them to upload an existing CV. Based on this input, it builds a structured profile and matches the user with relevant job listings in Georgia.

How we built it

We built a React frontend for collecting user input and displaying results. The backend processes user preferences, generates structured profile data, and fetches job listings from available sources. AI is used to summarize skills and improve matching quality.

Challenges we ran into

Job data is not always structured or publicly documented. Mapping categories and keeping results relevant within limited time was challenging.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We delivered a working end-to-end flow: from user input to CV generation and job matching, all within the hackathon timeframe.

What we learned

We learned how to quickly prototype AI-assisted features, work with imperfect external data, and focus on delivering core value under time pressure.

What's next for მუშაობ.AI

We plan to improve job matching accuracy, add more data sources, and allow users to export and customize their CVs.
