Inspiration

Many students cannot get timely help with doubts and one classroom pace rarely suits everyone. We wanted a personal tutor that is available at any hour and adapts to each learner.

What it does

AI Assisted Tutor lets students

Ask doubts in any form such as text voice or image Hear explanations at three levels called basic conceptual and step by step Take level based quizzes based on their doubt analysis Get homework help with proper explanations Revise in exam mode with a question bank built from teacher uploaded syllabi

How we built it

We built a web platform deployed on Vercel with a personal AI mentor and separate student and teacher dashboards. Role based access makes sure students cannot open the teacher dashboard.

Challenges we faced

Keeping explanations accurate at every difficulty level Handling multimodal input such as voice images and text Securing role based access Building and syncing the syllabus based question bank

What we learned

We learned how to combine AI with sound teaching design, work as a team across ECE and CSE, and put security and personalisation first.
