Inspiration

As an Artificial Intelligence student, I am always interested in finding practical ways to use AI to solve everyday problems. One area that matters to me is education. Students often need help understanding concepts, reviewing study materials, and finding answers to their academic questions. This inspired me to build AI Study Assistant, a project focused on making AI-powered learning support more accessible and convenient.

AI Study Assistant is a web-based application designed to help students with their learning through AI-powered assistance. It provides an interactive way to ask questions and get support with academic tasks, bringing the potential of AI into everyday studying.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I’m proud of turning my idea into a working AI-powered web application and taking the initiative to build something practical with the skills I’ve been learning. Developing AI Study Assistant gave me hands-on experience with Python, Flask, web development, and AI integration.

I’m especially proud of the learning process behind this project working through technical challenges, solving problems, and bringing different components together into one application.

As an Artificial Intelligence student, this project represents an important step in my journey from learning concepts to applying them in practice. Participating in my first hackathon on Devpost is another milestone that motivates me to keep building, improving, and exploring new possibilities with AI.

What we learned

I plan to continue improving AI Study Assistant by refining its existing functionality and exploring more ways to support students, including document-based learning and additional study tools.

What's next for AI Study Assistant

Building this project has been a meaningful step in my journey as an AI student. It allowed me to apply my technical knowledge, learn through practical challenges, and turn an idea into a working application.

This is my first hackathon project on Devpost, and I look forward to learning from the developer community, receiving feedback, and continuing to build technology that addresses real-world needs.
