Inspiration

We wanted to create a seamless workspace where teams can collaborate, communicate, and stay organized without switching between multiple tools.

What it does

AI SPACE combines essential tools like Meeting Rooms, Canvas Boards, Chat Rooms, Document Manager, Calendar, and an AI Chatbot. It automates tasks like setting up calendars, generating quizzes, and creating presentations to boost productivity.

How we built it

Built with React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend, it uses AWS S3 for file storage, Pinecone for vector handling, Redis for real-time communication, and LangChain.js for AI-powered features.

Challenges we ran into

We faced challenges with scaling real-time collaboration, integrating AI for precise responses, and perfecting the presentation generator.

Accomplishments

We’re proud of creating a functional, all-in-one workspace with advanced automation and real-time collaboration tools.
