To solve these challenges, KitchenMind AI was developed as an intelligent Smart Kitchen Ecosystem. The system acts as a virtual kitchen assistant that manages the entire food lifecycle. It maintains a complete home inventory, tracks expiry dates, suggests recipes based on available ingredients, creates meal plans, and generates shopping lists automatically.
When a user wants to cook a dish, KitchenMind AI checks the inventory, identifies missing ingredients, and prepares a shopping cart. Before ordering, the user reviews and approves the items, ensuring complete control. The AI also learns family preferences and remembers personalized recipes, making cooking more convenient over time.
Using technologies such as Multi-Agent AI, Ollama, OCR, Computer Vision, Flask, and SQLite, KitchenMind AI transforms traditional kitchen management into an intelligent, automated, and sustainable experience. The project aims to reduce food waste, save time, simplify meal planning, and make every kitchen smarter with AI.
