Inspiration

Real estate agents waste 70% of their time on unqualified leads. A realtor lost a $500K deal because she couldn't respond at midnight , so we realized AI could qualify leads 24/7 while agents sleep.

What it does

An AI voice agent conducts natural conversations with prospects, asks about budget/timeline/preferences, scores leads in real-time, provides property recommendations via Vapi, and auto-syncs to CRM with follow-up workflows.

How we built it

Node.js backend + React.js dashboard. Gemini API powers conversational intelligence, Vapi handles voice interactions, with custom CRM integrations and webhook-based automation for instant lead routing.

Challenges we ran into

Voice AI struggled with accents and interruptions and required extensive prompt engineering. Balancing thorough yet natural conversation flow took dozens of iterations. Real-time multi-platform CRM sync and latency optimization were technically demanding.

Runner-Up among 2,331 teams at Swafinix National Hackathon 2025.

What we learned

Voice AI quality depends more on conversation design than technology.The biggest barrier wasn't technical it was human trust; agents needed proof before delegating their leads to AI.

What's next for AI Sales Qualification Bot for Real Estate

Multi-language support, video property tours during calls, MLS database integration for real-time matching, and predictive analytics. Expanding to commercial real estate, property management, and mortgage sectors.
