The problem:
When we visit a physical shop quite often consultants help us to choose the right product. They give advice and can help us to buy the most appropriate product for our needs. In an e-commerce store we need to make decisions on our own and to do that we need to read descriptions and make comparisons among similar products. Data shows that products that are bought with the help of consultants have significantly lower return rates.
Idea:
Our idea is to build an AI-powered virtual sales assistant/consultant who knows everything about e-commerce store products and can give advice based on the questions and problems customers have. For example, “Can you suggest the right shampoo for my hair? I am blonde and I wash them on a regular basis”.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for technical guys who can help us to build this idea during the hackathon!
