What it does

The AI Report Review Assistant is a powerful tool designed specifically for evaluation professionals in nonprofit organizations. It enables them to conduct comprehensive and meticulous reviews of project or program evaluation reports. The assistant guides users through the review process, chunk by chunk, and provides a set of criteria to assess various aspects of the document, including clarity, relevance, effectiveness, impact, sustainability, innovation, and more. It allows users to provide detailed feedback, suggestions for improvements, and even extract and rank examples and quotes that need revision or adaptation.

How we built it

Building the AI Report Review Assistant was a collaborative effort that involved a multidisciplinary team of developers, AI experts, and evaluation professionals. We leveraged natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms to develop an intelligent system capable of understanding and analyzing text. We utilized the Coda.io platform as the foundation for creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface that seamlessly integrates the AI assistant's functionalities.

Challenges we ran into
