Inspiration

Real estate agents spend hours creating marketing materials for each property listing. We wanted to eliminate this bottleneck by building an AI-powered solution that could generate professional flyers, social content, and market analysis from just a Zillow URL in seconds.

What it does

AI Real Estate Marketer transforms any Zillow listing into a complete marketing campaign. Users paste a Zillow URL, and our system extracts property data, photos, and generates professional flyers with multiple templates, platform-specific social media content, MLS descriptions, and comprehensive CMA analysis with comparable properties.

How we built it

Built with Python Flask backend integrating multiple APIs: Zillow's RapidAPI for property data extraction, Freepik API for high-quality images, and OpenAI GPT-3.5 for intelligent content generation. The frontend uses vanilla JavaScript with a clean, responsive interface. We implemented robust error handling and fallback systems for production reliability.
