Inspiration

It seems that I can never get things done. Managing life with ADHD is a constant battle, overwhelmed by scattered thoughts, unfinished tasks, and a mountain of procrastination. Struggling with time management and trying to keep up with daily responsibilities, I need more than my own mind to finish the task I need to do. It is hard for me to start the tasks, and I find it hard to identify which task should be prioritized as I struggle to figure out which one is more important at the moment. I need multiple support tools to help me navigate the study process, as I lose interest easily, and a reading disorder makes studying tasks almost impossible to finish. About 5 percent of adults live with ADHD, which means that millions of people are navigating these challenges every day just like me. For me, the start is always the hardest, so aI present is here to help you get started and everything after!

What it does

aI present is a browser application that’s easy to access through everyday use. Based on user input, aI present will use AI to break down the task into multiple smaller tasks. It will identify which task should be prioritized and generate a to-do list in a progress bar using gradient color. We use AI to decide how long each task should take. When each task is done, the progress will be shown in the progress bar.

What’s next for “aI present”

  1. Voice Emotional Support: This feature will be activated when the user is taking longer than expected to finish the tasks. The voice will give back encouragement to support the user when they are frustrated, and AI will be used to identify the user’s emotion through their tone.
  2. Support for Reading Disorder: This can be turned on by the user. There will be some special fonts that can help the user to better read and understand the text if they have a reading disorder.
