Inspiration

Our inspiration stemmed from the desire to make Islamic teachings more accessible and relevant in today's digital age. We wanted to create a platform that could serve as a beacon of spiritual light, offering users moments of reflection, guidance, and peace, even in the busiest of days.

What it does

The application generates random Quranic verses and Hadiths, presenting users with meaningful snippets of Islamic wisdom. It goes a step further by utilizing AI to provide detailed explanations, making it easier to understand the context and significance of the text.

How we built it

We developed the platform using a combination of modern web technologies. The frontend is designed for user-friendliness and visual appeal, while the backend leverages the Prompt API for generating AI-powered explanations. We curated datasets of Quranic verses and Hadiths to ensure a diverse and meaningful selection of content.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was integrating the AI explanation feature seamlessly. Ensuring the explanations were accurate, contextual, and easy to understand required careful tuning. We also faced hurdles in designing a user interface that is both visually engaging and culturally respectful.
