🚀 Inspiration
As someone working closely with sales and growth teams, I’ve seen firsthand how hard SDRs hustle—sending hundreds of emails, digging through LinkedIn, switching between tools—all while trying to hit ever-increasing quotas.
But what if we could turn every SDR into a “Super SDR” using AI?
This platform was inspired by the idea of empowering SDRs with intelligent tooling, giving managers real visibility into performance, and offering prospects thoughtful, personalized outreach instead of noise.
💡 What it does
Super SDR is a multi-user AI-powered platform designed for:
- SDRs: Personalized outreach, AI research assistant, and smart task execution.
- Company Admins: Dashboard insights, team management, and sequence optimization.
- Prospects: Context-rich interactions through emails, microsites, and booking flows.
It delivers a shared lead journey that demonstrates value to all three personas through one seamless experience.
🛠️ How we built it
We built the core demo as a single AI prompt experience simulating the flow for:
- SDR: Daily queue, research summary, email writing, and action triggers.
- Admin: Visibility into outreach activity, performance tracking, and content coaching.
- Prospect: Receiving a custom email, opening a dynamic microsite, and scheduling a meeting.
Prototyped with:
- OpenAI GPT for messaging logic
- Bolt.new for demo scripting
- Figma for UX walkthrough
- Optionally ElevenLabs or Calendly for future enhancements
🧗 Challenges we ran into
- Designing a unified experience across three distinct personas.
- Balancing AI autonomy with human control for SDRs.
- Keeping the prompt demo clean, interactive, and non-linear.
- Crafting contextually accurate outreach content with limited input.
