🚀 Super SDR – Project Story 🌟 What Inspired Me As someone working closely with sales and growth teams, I’ve seen firsthand how hard SDRs hustle—sending hundreds of emails, digging through LinkedIn, switching between tools—all while trying to hit ever-increasing quotas.
But what if we could turn every SDR into a “Super SDR” using AI?
I was inspired to build a platform where:
SDRs have a personal AI co-pilot.
Company admins can coach and scale teams intelligently.
Prospects actually receive relevant, respectful outreach.
In a world full of noisy automation, I wanted to build something that brought back precision, personalization, and productivity.
🧠What I Learned SDRs need more than automation — they need context, recommendations, and feedback in real-time.
Admins care about visibility and performance, not just volume.
Prospects deserve thoughtful engagement, not spam.
AI can do 80% of the grunt work — and let humans focus on the final 20% that builds trust.
Building for three different personas taught me the value of role-based UX and how important it is to align tools with goals.
🛠️ How I Built It This project was built as a demoable single-prompt prototype using:
OpenAI GPT for email generation, research summaries, and follow-ups.
ElevenLabs (optionally) for AI voice notes.
Bolt.new as the rapid prototyping platform for live demo.
Figma for quick mockups of the SDR cockpit, admin dashboard, and prospect microsites.
The entire logic was designed around a shared lead journey — so each persona could see the impact of the platform through one prospect touchpoint.
đź§— Challenges I Faced Designing a flow that works for all 3 personas without overwhelming the user.
Making the AI-generated messages contextual and relevant, not robotic.
Ensuring the demo was fast, intuitive, and engaging within a single prompt.
Figuring out what to leave out to keep the MVP tight, yet impactful.
✅ What’s Next I'm excited about evolving this into a real product:
Adding CRM sync and real calendar booking.
Letting SDRs “train” their AI with past successes.
Giving prospects more interactivity (AI-led microsites, video replies).
Building integrations with HubSpot, Apollo, and Clearbit.
