Inspiration

Sales teams often spend too much time on repetitive tasks like sorting leads, writing emails, and updating CRM entries. Inspired by Salesforce's mission to drive productivity through automation, we created SalesGenie — an AI assistant that simplifies and speeds up sales workflows.

What it does

SalesGenie uses AI to:

Automatically qualify leads using historical sales data.

Draft personalized emails for every stage of the customer journey.

Predict customer needs and recommend next actions.

Integrate seamlessly with Salesforce CRM for real-time updates.

How we built it

We combined OpenAI’s GPT model for natural language generation with Salesforce’s API for data handling and lead management. We used Node.js for backend services and integrated a lightweight React frontend for user interaction. Data was securely stored and fetched from MongoDB.
