Inspiration

We chose this project because emergency situations like accidents, fires, and medical emergencies often face delays due to slow reporting and incomplete information. We wanted to create an AI-based solution that helps emergency services respond faster and more accurately.

What it does

AI City Guardian allows users to report emergencies using text, voice, or images. The AI identifies the type of emergency, predicts its severity, and sends the report to the appropriate emergency service. Authorities can monitor all incidents through a live dashboard.

How we built it

We plan to build the project using React.js for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, MongoDB for the database, Python for AI, OpenCV for image analysis, and Google Maps API for location tracking and navigation.

Challenges we faced

The main challenge was designing a system that can accurately understand different types of emergency reports and assign the correct priority. We also focused on making the solution simple and practical for smart city use.

What we learned

Through this project, we learned how Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and location services can work together to improve emergency response. We also understood the importance of building technology that solves real-world problems.
