-->Inspiration Most jewelry e-commerce platforms do not provide a great user experience, especially for high-value items like diamond jewelry. We wanted to change that by offering customers a better way to view and customize jewelry using 3D models and an AI assistant.

-->Challenges A major challenge was building a multilingual, voice-based support system. It had to switch languages smoothly, respond quickly, and feel natural. We solved this by writing a clear product plan and building modular code.
