AI-Powered HR Automation System

Inspiration

Every company needs HR operations, but many HR tasks are repetitive, time-consuming, and manually managed. We wanted to reduce this workload by building an intelligent system that can automate the complete HR workflow.

What it does

Our AI-Powered HR Automation System automates job posting, resume collection and screening, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, AI-based interviews, employee performance analysis, payroll, and HR management.

How we built it

We used Agentic AI to handle intelligent HR tasks and n8n to automate workflows between different services. AI models process resumes and interviews, Google Calendar manages interview scheduling, and Machine Learning using Random Forest analyzes employee performance.

Challenges we ran into

The main challenges were connecting multiple HR processes into one automated workflow, handling different resume formats, maintaining reliable automation between services, and making AI-based decisions accurate and consistent.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully built an end-to-end HR automation system where multiple tasks can work together automatically, from publishing a job vacancy to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing employees.

What we learned

We learned how Agentic AI can work together with workflow automation tools like n8n to solve real business problems. We also gained experience in AI integration, automation workflows, resume processing, interview systems, and machine learning.

What's next for AI-Powered HR Automation System

Next, we plan to improve candidate evaluation, add smarter HR analytics, enhance employee performance prediction, introduce better reporting, and make the system scalable for real-world organizations.
