Inspiration

I wanted to make health education content more accessible to everyone using digital tools. By converting a PDF document into a live webpage, I aimed to demonstrate how AI and simple web technologies can help spread important health information quickly and widely.

What it does

This project takes a health education PDF and turns it into a live webpage. Visitors can read the full content online, making health information accessible anytime and anywhere.

How we built it

  1. Created a PDF with health education content.
  2. Copied the text manually into an HTML template.
  3. Used GitHub to upload the HTML file (index.html) to a public repository.
  4. Deployed the webpage using GitHub Pages to make it live.

Challenges we ran into

  • Initially, Google Docs could not process the PDF for conversion.
  • I had no prior coding experience and had to learn how to make a webpage in a simple way.
  • Understanding GitHub Pages and uploading files was a bit confusing at first.
