How Data Centers are currently operating and investing a lot of money into cooling technology to maximise the usage of AI.
What it does
We built an AI system that predicts overheating and intelligently deploys cooling resources, reducing energy waste and preventing infrastructure failure.
How we built it
Usage of Matlab for a simulation, Fusion 360 for the 3d model, and Lovable for the website development.
Challenges we ran into
I wanted to do a thermal flow demo. I could not figure out how to animate this in time.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
A full rendered 3d model of our idea! And a working (simulation) website that iterates what our project is meant to do.
What we learned
Sleep is important. Also a stupidly large amount of knowledge about the electrical grid of LA.
What's next for AI powered Grid Cooling management system
Build an actual working MVP, testing out thermal simulation, getting in touch with government officials.
