Inspiration

My inspiration is the country I strive to make better for women to live in and feel that they can be able to be what they want in our economy without the restrictions of gender and favoritism.

What it does

It matches users with mentors with the desired skillset you meed to thrive in what you want and provide it gives job recommendations that cater to women needs and educational guides which have been uploaded in the web with teachings from many women who paved the way to open more opportunities for women

How we built it

We built the product using google platforms such as gemini which would help us identify resume, job applications and mentorship needs so we can find any issues and solve them We used Google AI to help us find better systemic suggestions for clients who have different needs in their work environment such as a mom who needs a job that caters for paternity leave

Challenges we ran into

We really could not think for some time what we should build because a lot of great women have built many different products to cater to young girls and women, we tried to have our product also cater for older and delicate women but met with great challenges hoping to learn more experience so we could tackle the problem in the near future but we decided to scrap the idea for now

The code working and having learnt new things about what women need in the economic industry

What we learned

We learned in this world women are by far done fighting to be recognized to be as equal to man even with out many accomplishments we wish as we move forward as people and women we strive to understand the balance of life for why there where women and men not only one gender

What's next for AI POWERED GENDER EQUITY SOLUTIONS

To better our product as we learn more about the economic state, financial state and environmental state women work and create better products to help close the gaps of inequality.
