We wanted to simplify customer support by building an AI assistant that answers queries instantly, reduces response time, and helps teams focus on complex issues instead of repetitive ones.

Our platform uses Bolt AI to understand and respond to user queries in real time, offering smart, human-like support while learning from each interaction to improve future responses.

We integrated Bolt AI’s natural language capabilities with a React 18 and a knowledge base to deliver accurate, real-time responses.

We faced difficulties with AI intent mapping, fine-tuning response accuracy, and maintaining context in conversations—especially when handling vague queries or incomplete input from users.

We built a working AI support bot from scratch, deployed it successfully, and achieved consistent, accurate replies—reducing support load and improving user experience significantly.

We learned how to integrate conversational AI, structure FAQs for training, handle fallback responses gracefully, and the importance of user testing to improve AI reliability and trust.

We plan to add multilingual support, live chat fallback, feedback-based learning, analytics dashboard, and integrate it with CRM tools to deliver a more personalized and scalable support system.
