A farmer in Fulbaria can see his tomato leaves curling and still not know who to call, or that neighbours already reported the same thing this week.
I built this as a solo project for that gap. Officers get messy phone calls. Specialists often hear too late.
The farmer just speaks Bangla or sends a photo. The system turns it into a case and sends it to the local officer. If the same crop, area, and symptom show up three times in 48 hours, it flags a Possible Cluster and moves the cases to a specialist. The farmer then reads the expert answer in Bangla.
