There was no trusted source for real-time market intelligence, buying and selling pressure, or short-term price forecasts. I realized the industry needed an AI-driven decision support platform rather than just another marketplace.

How We Built It

We built Poultry Baba using modern web technologies including Next.js, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and OpenAI models to generate AI-powered market insights.

The platform continuously analyzes market data to transform fragmented information into actionable intelligence for poultry stakeholders.

Challenges

Building technology for a traditional agricultural industry presented unique challenges.

Many users had never used a SaaS product before, requiring continuous education and trust-building. We intentionally focused on organic growth instead of paid marketing, allowing customer feedback to shape three major product iterations.

Collecting reliable market data, standardizing it, and converting it into meaningful AI-driven insights was another significant challenge that became one of our strongest competitive advantages.

What We Learned

Our biggest learning was that people don't simply want market data—they want trusted intelligence that helps them make profitable decisions.

This insight led us to build our AI-powered Market Intelligence engine, which has become the platform's most valued feature.
