Inspiration
Many people struggle to achieve their fitness goals due to generic cookie cutter workout plans, complex nutrition guidance, and lack of motivation or support. I was inspired to create an AI-powered fitness planner that provides personalized workout routines, diet plans, and motivational feedback tailored to each user’s unique body, preferences, and goals. By combining AI-driven personalization with convenience and engagement, the app aims to make fitness and healthy living accessible, effective, and sustainable for everyone.
What it does
Users provide basic inputs (weight, height, goals, preferences), and the app generates: • Custom workout plans (with weekly goals and progression). • Calorie & diet plans, complete with recipes. • A dynamic calendar with scheduled routines. • Motivational quotes & progress feedback. • A chatbot interface for fitness Q&A.
How we built it
The app uses React for the user interface, MongoDB to store user data, and Hugging Face AI models to generate personalized workouts, meal plans, and chatbot support.

What we learned
We learned how to integrate AI models to provide personalized recommendations. We gained experience building a full-stack app using React and MongoDB. We also learned how to design a user-friendly interface and combine fitness, nutrition, and motivation into one seamless experience.
What's next for Ai personalized Fitness planner
Making it more personalized and especially tailored for college students to help them find time for fitness around their class and work schedules.
