🚀 Inspiration As an AI/ML Engineer, I’ve always wanted to launch a B2B AI agency to help businesses automate tasks and scale faster. I had no funding or team, but I set a personal goal to launch by 01/01/2025. When I discovered the Bolt World’s Largest Hackathon, I saw an opportunity to bring that dream to life — even though only 2 days remained to build something.

🤖 What it does AI Morning Agency is your AI-powered business development team — working 24/7. It talks to clients, qualifies leads, negotiates, and even sends proposals — automatically. We also provide AI automation services, custom chat agents, and full AI project delivery for B2B companies.

🛠 How I built it With no-code tools, I built everything in just 2 days using:

Bolt.new for drag-and-drop AI workflows

Supabase for backend data

OpenAI API for natural conversations and smart replies

It was my first time using Bolt and Supabase — I learned and built everything on the fly.

⚔️ Challenges I faced Spent hours searching for a brand name with a free domain (most were taken or expensive)

Ran out of Bolt tokens, but earned more through a referral link

Experienced server slowness, and the website would sometimes go blank

Couldn’t integrate ElevenLabs or OpenAI voice due to time limits

📚 What I learned How to build complete AI products with no-code tools

How to integrate Supabase as a backend for AI workflows

That persistence beats perfection — especially under pressure

🔮 What’s next I plan to officially launch AI Morning Agency on 01/07/2025. Next steps include:

Adding voice AI using ElevenLabs

Hiring a team to fulfill B2B projects

Selling ready-made AI tools and agents as digital products
